To onboard with StegX, follow three main steps: provide your basic company information, create your public profile, and complete the Know Your Business (KYB) process. For a more detailed walkthrough of each step, please continue reading below.
Step 1: Provide Basic Company Information
Begin your onboarding process by submitting basic details about your company. This includes:
- Company name and address
- Key contact for the communication with StegX during the onboarding process
- Type of real estate management services offered
- Assets under management
- Headcount

Step 2: Create Your Public Profile
At StegX, we understand that every asset manager brings a unique perspective and value to our platform. This step is about highlighting what makes your firm stand out. Your profile will be visible on the StegX marketplace, and a compelling, informative profile can attract more investors. Ensure your profile includes the following details:
- Type of real estate managed
- Operating regions
- Risk categories of your real estate investments
- Typical volume of real estate investments
- Company slogan
- Unique aspects of your company
- Investment strategy
- Distinctive qualities of your team
- Company representative

Step 3: Complete the KYB Process
First Step: KYB Questionnaire
Start by filling out the KYB questionnaire, which includes essential questions about your company and its legal representatives. This step requires detailed information about your company and its legal representatives, including:
- Commercial Register Identification
- Registry Court of the Company
- Name and Email of Authorized Representative
- Company Role of Authorized Representative
- UBO Information: Detailing if any individual owns or controls 10% or more of the company.
- PEP Status Confirmation: Clarify if any legal representatives are politically exposed persons.
Access and submit your responses through the KYB questionnaire form: StegX Issuer Onboarding Part III (AML/KYB)
Second Step: Document Submission
After completing the questionnaire, submit the following documents to StegX by email at listing@stegx.finance:
- A Registry Excerpt (not older than 6 months): Providing information about your company's legal representatives, including the identified authorized representative.
- A Power of Attorney (if applicable): Required if the authorized representative of your legal entity is not empowered to enter into legal transactions independently or is not registered in the commercial register.
- Articles of Association, Constitution, or similar documents (e.g., entities constituted by virtue of public/administrative law).
- Transparency Register / Shareholder List (or Alternative).
- Group diagram/chart presenting ownership structure within a 10% threshold, preferably supported by official documents such as lists of shareholders, partnership agreements, and other similar official documents.
Third Step: Video Verification
The final step involves video verification of the legal representative’s identity. A link to the video verification process will be provided once all submitted information is reviewed. Please note that only a passport, driver's license or national identity card is accepted as valid documentation for this purpose.
