What Is the Typical Timeline for a Listing?
- The Kick-Off (Up to 2 Weeks): The kick-off workshop helps decide which asset to tokenize and sets the goals and budget for the project. This phase is crucial for aligning the project’s scope and expectations.
- Holding Structure Selection (Up to 2 Weeks): During this step, StegX assists in selecting the optimal holding structure and service providers. You can choose between a tailored individual solution or a structuring via the Luxembourg SPV. Concurrently, you can select service providers from our global network who offer essential Services such as PropTechs, Legal, Financial and Operational Services.
- Express-Interest-Listing (Optional): You don't have to wait until the listing process is complete to start fundraising. Our express interest feature allows you to present your asset on the marketplace to a network of global investors before the start of the official capital-raising campaign. Investors can express their interest in participating or gain exclusivity for the whole investment. The initial investment memo, which allows investors to start expressing interest, can be prepared within just one week and can be done parallel to the listing process. - Asset Structuring and Tokenization (Up to one week): StegX supports you in establishing an investment vehicle and prepares all legal facets for distributions and operations throughout its life cycle. The investment vehicle is then tokenized by StegX and the tokens are transferred to the issuer's wallet for distribution.
