How Does the Listing Process Work?

The listing process is a standardized procedure we've established to simplify asset listing while maintaining institutional standards. The process begins when you contact us and express interest in listing an asset. Following your initial contact, we initiate two key processes: the Know Your Business (KYB) Process - to be compliant with regulatory standarts - and the project kick-off for your capital-raising campaign. During the latter, we collaborate on determining the optimal route-to-market, which includes structuring and tokenizing the investment, until your capital-raising campaign goes live.

How to Initiate the Listing Process?

Select an asset of your choice and reach out to StegX directly via email at listing@stegx.finance or through our contact form on the website. You can choose an asset from your existing portfolio or identify a new investment opportunity — the decision is up to you.

How Is the Listing Process Structured?

The capital-raising process can be divided into two phases. The pre-tokenization phase deals with specifying the investment opportunity and creating an investment overview, and the tokenization phase, in which the asset is tokenized and listed. The first phase includes the first three steps: the Kick-Off, Creating Your Investment Overview, and Express Interest Listing. The second phase includes the latter three steps: White-Label Structuring, White-Label Legal Issuance Documents, and Digital Capital Raising. Step 1 - The Kick-off

During the kick-off meeting, you will introduce the StegX team to a new investment opportunity that will be structured and marketed on the StegX marketplace. To ensure a comprehensive understanding of the investment, please submit your investment product documents to StegX for a comprehensive legal and compliance review, setting the foundation for our partnership.

Step 2 - Creating Your Investment Overview

Next, you collaborate with StegX to develop a compelling presentation of your investment, ready to be showcased on the StegX Marketplace.

Step 3 - Express Interest Listing

Now, your investment overview is listed with the status ‘upcoming’ on the StegX marketplace. Investors are able to express their interest in investing in your investment product once it is fully listed on the StegX marketplace. More information on the express interest feature can be found here.

Step 4 - White-Label-Structuring

At this stage, you can leverage our established European white-label structuring solutions. StegX initiates and manages the creation of a digital investment product within the StegX ecosystem for your product.

Step 5 - White-Label-Legal Issuance Documents

In this step, StegX prepares extensive legal documents for the issuance of the digital investment product, which will act as your compliant tool for the capital-raising process.

Step 6 - Digital Capital Raising

The investment product is fully digitized in a compliant legal structure and launched for capital raising on the StegX marketplace. StegX distributes your investment product to a global pool of investors and overviews the capital-raising process.

How Long Does It Take to Complete the Listing Process?

The duration of the listing process varies depending on your investment and setup, typically taking around 5 weeks.
