What Information Do I Need to Provide for Listing an Asset?
As part of the listing process, we create a compelling asset profile for our platform. The detailed information required can vary by asset class; the following is a typical example of real estate assets. If you are listing assets from different classes, the required information may vary:
- Basic Asset Information:
- Asset name and manager
- Asset Type, reporting currency, investment vehicle, and deal structure
- Summary of due diligence findings
- Strategic Insights:
- Investment period, risk classification, strategic focus, and target exit price
- Location Details:
- Country, address, level, usage type, condition, year of construction, tenant structure, and leasable area
- Tenant Information:
- Basic tenant details, vacancy rate, and weighted average lease term (WALT)
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Qualification
- Financials (Target):
- Gross income yield (GIY), internal rate of return (IRR), income yield, equity multiple, loan-to-value (LTV) ratio, purchase price, total acquisition costs, investment volume, investor equity, total loan amount, and loan status including senior, junior, and mezzanine debt
Please note that the above details are essential. However, providing additional information can enhance the attractiveness of your asset to potential investors.
To visually represent your asset on the marketplace, you must provide at least one image of the asset. Including additional images is advised as they can enhance the asset's appeal to investors by giving a more comprehensive impression. Please ensure that all pictures are submitted in JPEG or PNG format. Any images submitted following the initial listing must be sent by the designated contact person, or the contact person should be cc'd in the email.

Does My Asset Need to Undergo a Due Diligence Process Before Listing?
Yes, all assets listed on StegX must undergo a due diligence process to ensure compliance and quality standards are met. However, with our Express Interest Listing option, you can showcase your asset on the platform to a global network of investors before the due diligence is complete. During this period, investors can express interest, but investments can only be made after the due diligence process is finalized. The scope of due diligence may vary depending on the asset type. For a detailed explanation of our due diligence procedures, please refer to our article: Why is a Due Diligence Process Necessary and How Does it Work?
Can I Also List Non-Tokenized Assets?
Yes, you can leverage the global reach of the StegX marketplace without needing to tokenize your asset. You have the flexibility to list your asset in several ways:
- Fully Tokenized: The entire asset is tokenized.
- Partly Tokenized and Partly Non-Tokenized: The asset is listed as a combination of both tokenized and non-tokenized forms.
- Traditionally (Non-Tokenized): The asset is listed without any tokenization.
Simply contact us and state your listing preference, and we will guide you through the process.
